How to return items:
Returns of non-defective products will be credited at actual invoiced cost, less a 20% restocking fee. Only salable merchandise accepted, free of marks or labels. The shipping costs are not refunded on returns.
Prior verbal authorization must be obtained for a return by contacting us. Defective products maybe returned within 30 days for exchange or full store credit.
Shipping errors, defective or damaged merchandise claims should be referred to our Customer Service Department. Please contact us.
